This full plant is a ready to use unit. All you need to do
is place the plant in a position where there is good ventilation
(preferably an extractor or vent). You will also need to run a vent
pipe to the outside the building. You need a 220V 15amp mains power socket, running water (can be a hose pipe) and a drain.
Follow the step by step instructions and you will soon be producing your own biodiesel.
The plant includes :-
1 x Biodiesel processor and input tank complete.
1 x Wash Tank with all fittings.
1 x Advanced Titration Kit with a small amount of test chemicals to get
you started.
1 x Step by Step instruction manual on how to operate the
plant.

What you DO NOT get is :
- Used oil, I’m afraid
you will have to
source this yourself.
- Free delivery. We
anticipate that people within driving distance of Johannesburg will
collect. The complete plant breaks into small shipping units and will fit on the back of a full bakkie. Remote purchasers will need to organize collection.
Shipping to Durban is R700, shipping to Cape Town about R1200.
- Unlimited
telephone access. We will assist where possible and point you in the
right direction. Most of the answers to questions can be found on our discussion forum
on
the internet. We will of course help as much as possible.
Our current lead time is 1-2 weeks. Orders will be processed
on a first come, first
served basis. We also require a 50% deposit with all orders before
production is scheduled.
The plant has a one year factory warranty and would have to be
returned to JHB for repair in the unlikely event of it breaking.
The plant has a capacity of 120 liters per day and would
require hands on time of 1-2 hours during this period. The capacity can
be increased up to 300 litres per day by installing extra wash tanks.
