Shipping

Online Shopping is safe and secure with Nanoelf. 

Generally we ship our goods to your door or to your postbox via courier, although you also have the option of fetching the goods from our Sunninghill, Johannesburg address. We have manage to find the best possible rates to ship to you. During your checkout you will be informed of the calculated shipping costs, you will have the option of aborting the transaction if you are unhappy with the charges.

Shipping should take no more than three days from dispatch.

We only deliver within the borders of South Africa, although will dispatch to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.Dispatches to countries outside South Africa will take longer.

Returns

• We will only receive goods for return/replacement if they are in their original packaging in such a state that they can be resold. This means if the packaging is torn or damaged in any way we cannot receive them back. If the boxes are disfigured, written on or otherwise marked, we will not receive them back. Basically look after the packaging until you are happy with the goods.
• Goods must be within their warranty period. Unless specified otherwise the warranty period is one year from purchase.
• If the goods are unsuitable in anyway they must be returned within seven days to our address. We will be happy to arrange shipping, please remember that any charges will be for your account.
  
• We insure any goods sent to you, if they are damaged in transit we will handle the insurance claim for you and arrange the replacement of the goods. Goods that are damaged through any other means are not replaceable. This includes lightning, power surges and any physical damage.
  
• Once we receive the goods we will inspect them before replacing them. This could take some time as we may have to send them in to a workshop.
• We will replace any goods, if applicable, with the same or equivalent items.
